Performance Solos

At the finale of the exhibition “Body Fantasies” by Rebecca Horn, Gisela Hochuli will present a performance in which she thematizes the life and soul of both body parts and objects and thus refers in several chapters to Rebecca Horn’s work. The legs move like independent beings. The palm leaf, for example, becomes a fan that floats back and forth, a sounding body, a broom, a headgear, a feeler that goes up the walls and carefully scans them. The reflective plates attached to the strings float in front of her body. She walks through the room, colliding with audience, chairs and wall.
